Brady XPS-250-1 idxpert permasleeve wire marker sleeves. Permasleeve heat shrinkable wire marker sleeves for the idxpert printer. Measures 1.015" width by 0.439" height. Color is black on white. 0.094" - 0.215" range of wire diameter. Printable area size is 1.015" width by 0.439" height (11.15 mm height, 25.78 mm width). Application include Panel identification, wire and cable marking. Agency Approval for MIL-STD-202, SAE-AS-81531, SAE-DTL-23053/5 class 1, UL recognized. Shrink ratio is 3-to-1. Wire gauge is 16 to 10. Excellent cold-weather performance, heat-shrinkable, self-extinguishing special properties. Material is B-342 permasleeve heat-shrink polyolefin. B-342 permasleeve markers meet the material and physical property requirements of SAE AMS-DTL-23053/5C (Class 1) for insulation sleeving and SAE AS-81531 for marking of electrical insulating materials when printed with R5000 series dot matrix, R4300, R6600, R4502S, or R6700 series thermal transfer ribbons. Thermal transfer and dot matrix print technology. Material type is irradiated polyolefin heat shrink tubing (3:1 shrink ratio). Applications are wire identification and insulation purposes.
