Zack Electronics holds all information collected from the Online Store as "Personal and Confidential". We do not share our customer information lists with any other vendors or distributors. We are not collecting identifiable personal information about you or your computer. Information on our Servers are PCI Compliant. Your information is stored and updated in a secure environment, by a VeriSign Class 3 Secure Server CA certificate. Paypal Transactions are additionally subject to Paypal's Policies. Buy Safe also has its own Policies. Order information may be passed on to Buy Safe, to create a record or to be used in case of a dispute.

Your Information

When creating an account, we may indefinitely store any information you provide to us. The only information we require from you during our registration process is your Name and Email address. An account is not required to make a purchase online. Payment information can be saved per your request, and is only used for your convenience. Address Information may also be saved for your convenience. We store purchase history for 72 months.
