Return Policy

Zack wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases from us. You may make a return of a standard stocking item within 5 days of receipt of the product by you without a restocking charge. Please Call us at 800-466-0449 to begin this process.

Returns after 5 days of receipt are subject to a 15% restocking fee. A restocking fee can be waived in lieu of an offsetting order of at least twice the value of the purchase of the item(s) being returned. Call our Sales Department to make this type of return.

Product must be in original packaging and must not be damaged in any way. Products are subject to inspection & acceptance upon receipt at Zack. No returns are accepted after 30 days from date of sale. Custom Cable, Patch Bays, Special Orders, Cut Cable, Batteries and Chemicals are not eligible for return. Damaged freight claims must be reported to Zack within 3 calendar days of receipt of product.
