We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover Credit Cards. We welcome prepayment of orders via money orders, cashiers checks, a Company or Personal Check (Subject to Deposit & Clearance Verification). In addition, we can ship commercial accounts on Net 30-Day Terms subject to receipt by us of our credit application and credit approval.

Export/International Sales/Services:

Prices are in United States Dollars and F.O.B. shipping point, excluding any applicable taxes, custom duties or permit fees. Zack has exported millions of dollars of products and knows how to specially package, document and ship at the lowest cost. We accept certified checks, bank wire transfers and irrevocable Letters of Credit. Proforma invoices can be sent upon request. Contact our Export Sales Desk for help with your specific requirements.

Returns:

Zack wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases from us. You may make a return of a standard stocking item within 5 days of receipt of the product by you without a restocking charge. Use the handy return form here on our website to make a return.

Returns after 5 days of receipt are subject to a 20% restocking fee. A restocking fee can be waived in lieu of an offsetting order of at least twice the value of the purchase of the item(s) being returned. Call our Sales Department to make this type of return.

Product must be in original packaging and must not be damaged in any way. Products are subject to inspection & acceptance upon receipt at Zack. No returns are accepted after 30 days from date of sale. Custom Cable, Patch Bays, Special Orders, & Cut Cable are not eligible for return. Damaged freight claims must be reported to Zack within 3 calendar days of receipt of product.

Special Order Items:

Items not displayed on our website or particular items ordered in large quantities can be ordered as special order items. These items are non-cancelable and non-returnable without our written consent. Cancellation of special order items will be subject to restocking charges.
